Aladino Colín Rodríguez has been a practicing lawyer since 1983 and was attorney for the Navarrese Parliament in 1983-1984 and member of both the Navarre-Spanish State Transfers Board and the Navarre-Spanish State Cooperation Board. For the Navarrese Government (1987-1991) he served as advisor to the Presidency and Interior Office as well as Spokesman. He was advisor to the Caja Navarra bank (1987-1997), member of parliament and spokesman for PSN-PSOE (1991-1998), member of the advisory council for Foral Civil Law, and advisor to Caja Navarra Corporation.
