The Collaborating Trustee, as part of the Foundation’s governing, representing, and administering body, is empowered to participate in the implementation and interpretation of its goals, with no other limitations than those expressly put down by prevailing legislation.

As member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, the Collaborating Trustee has a voice but no vote. The Collaborating Trustee can influence the Foundation’s course and operations.

Through a unique and relevant contribution, the Collaborating Trustee embodies a defined interest in taking part in the Foundation’s activities, and in helping to bring about a new approach to the way architecture relates to the society it belongs to.
